Typical broken leg compensation claim amounts

In terms of how much typical broken leg compensation claim amounts can be, we can take a look at the official guidelines for a rough idea.

All these amounts are approximate and are based on the official guidelines we use. This could give you a rough idea about how much your broken leg claim may be worth:

  • Simple Fractures: up to £12,000.00;
  • Fractures with an incomplete recovery: up to £25,000.00.

Broken leg injuries are common in motorbike accidents. It’s important to also remember that you can claim Special Damages on top of the amounts above, which covers General Damages. Special Damages are for losses and expenses and can easily end up being way more than the General Damages amount. If you’re off work for six months because you’re a builder and you can’t work with a broken leg, that’s six months of lost earnings you could claim back on top of the above.

What about serious broken leg compensation claim amounts?

When it comes to how much the broken leg compensation claim amount can be for more serious amounts, we’re potentially talking a great deal more.
